My name is Pete Moore and it’s my mission to get you in shape. I am a personal trainer and certified Russian Kettlebell instructor located in Naperville, IL. I am a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute, board certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am also a licensed cycling coach through USA cycling, an accomplished rock and mountain climber, and a life-long health and fitness enthusiast.

I have helped hundreds of clients from athletes to soccer moms to the physically challenged reach their fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, get stronger or leaner, I can help you. Whether you want to climb a mountain, ride your bike faster or achieve greater flexibility, I can help you achieve your goals. One of my favorite quotes is “give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for life.” This encompasses my training philosophy: you increase your odds of long term success if you understand why certain exercises or stretches are important, or why you need to burn a certain amount of calories. Positive life changes yield the highest success and success is what we are after! Motivation, education, fun and patience are paramount. These are the hallmarks of my success. I remain on the cutting edge of the health and fitness field as I continue to educate myself. I use this knowledge to help my clients reach their goals and truly empower themselves.
